The "better" and "best" recommendations of a Macbook Pro is recommended, especially for students who plan on taking any senior level production course that requires larger video editing projects that take up a large amount of hard drive space.

The school of Medial and Strategic Communications provides students with both Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro X in campus labs. Students will need to purchase their own software if they desire to access those programs outside of the campus computer labs.
